Someone help me out here with a technical problem. I'm using Windows Firewall to block connections without a rule because of certain issues and problems with my connection but I want to allow an emulator (LDplayer in this case) through the firewall

How would I do this or what rule do I have to add to allow the emulator to connect to the internet? I already tried adding the executable to the list of exceptions but nothing happens.

Valentines Ram is here.
She's a green tank with very high HP.

Leader Skill: +40% HP to all green units

Stat Bonus 1: Debuff Resistance +10%
Stat Bonus 2: Defense +20%
Stat Bonus 3: HP +30%

Basic Attack: Hits one target for 400% power and applies taunt for two turns.
Passive: Enemy action gauge acceleration effects are reduced by 50%. Every time Ram takes damage, heal for 10% of max HP.
Special Skill: Hits one target for 800% power and applies charm. Also buffs speed and defense of the team for two turns.

Charm is a new debuff that acts like stun and freeze in that it cause loss of one turn. However it also slows the inflicted down so if you apply it while their action gauge is low you can get a nice bit a forced inaction on the target.

Seems to be a good partner with Subaru given that he scales strongly with bonus HP and Defense.
Slap on a healer for added protection. Not really sure of any good green support options.
Perhaps Anastasia since she can cleanse debuffs whilst stripping enemy buffs on top of accelerating action gauges.

I regret every day having fallen to the fotm craze and spending money on buying a genshin account. The characters were powercreeped into uselessness rather easily and all the chars I play now are stuff I rolled later after the fact so it stings every day that I wasted money on pointless shit when I could have used it on other things and just played on an account I rolled myself for free. It's not that much but I was really enjoying the game and decided that it would be worth it in the long run if I started with two 5*'s instead of using the money for more useful stuff. Rerolling or starting over would probably have been a viable choice last banner considering Ganyu was a good mix of game shattering strong and cute but I don't feel like it would be now considering I don't like Xiao enough to redo the entire game with him. Best time probably would have been during the Klee banner and just saved hard after but it's really far too late now.
Best thing I can hope at this point is mihoyo allowing username changes and pretend the account was always mine but got terribly unlucky with pulls and shit.

Honkai's game design was boring so I agree with you on that but Genshin is substantially more game than almost everything on the mobage market, which is what I want from a fucking game. Anybody here managed to play games whose servers shut down after the fact? Some supposedly had a final update that made the game playable offline. I wonder if any are good. This only ever happens with jp versions as far as I'm aware. There are more games that aren't playable but at least let you look at jpegs, but I'm interested in any that are playable. I've played a couple that ended up shutting down getting an offline mode of some sort. But I pretty much never touched the offline mode after it happened.
I do like the idea of having it there, and letting you go see the characters/read the story/etc after the fact. But a big part of the mobage appeal to me is the regular updates and new stuff, which obviously goes away at shutdown even if they do add an offline mode.
Some of them also dealt with the switch by having the offline version take out the game parts, even though there wasn't a lot of that there to begin with.

The original devs of a game are generally the only ones that'd do it, yeah. A localization isn't gonna have the rights or resources to basically make a whole new game out of the existing game. And probably also isn't gonna care enough, I'd imagine.
