I think it's in Yukari's favor since she has better C bullets. However, Cirno's 66C beats out Yukari's entirely since it's faster and has better range. Cirno does have 214C, though.

C button only adds a lot of depth this game and I think it should become tournament standard. Though it could use more catfish.

Sorry about that last match. Didn't know a catfish deck was incoming, though I'm afraid I have no deck that could have matched it in ridiculousness. Some entertaining games, thank you. Our Cirnos play very, very similarly, though with slightly different decks. I dunno if you're better with the Alt 214/Alt 22 mix-up or if I'm just worse at reading it, but it certainly worked more towards your advantage. You also made nice use of the default 214 and 22s, two moves I truly never touch. That's why I have 4 Suika gourds in my deck. If I can't bring out the alt versions my Cirno is nothing more than a melee rushdown character which is not a good strategy given her shitty range. Only thing I can think to advice is to work on your combos. 5AA 5C 623B/Alt 214B is her standard. Kind of important given her rather low damage. GGs.

That's pretty much what's going on with me right now; I try to go for 5AA -> 3[A], and instead of doing 3[A], my Meiling just crouches like an idiot. Well GGs Lurker, and by that second 'G' I clearly mean "matches of 66C: The Game." After a while I figured out that this can turn into the most mindless thing since fishduels if I threw away my whole playstyle and replaced it with "block 66C, counter with another 66C, get blocked and 66C'd again, block it, counter with another 66C, etc etc." Too bad Yukari's too broken and easy to use for that tactic to work.

But I'm starting to wish this game had mic support just so you - and select few others - could hear how I yell more variants of "FUCK" than I even knew existed.
That time during the Suika mirror when you used that SC at the last nanosecond before my loliball hit you? Loudest "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME" I've ever uttered. And believe me, I utter it a lot since it's my second favorite phrase next to "broken bullshit."

Well, broken and easy to use is like a pseudomeme in the SWR2 scene or something now because I've heard a bunch of people say it after that one time I got caught by a tourneyfag who used her TOO well and got a little butthurt.
Easy to use, yes. Broken, moreso than not.
Her projectiles have stupid priority over everything. 5C cuts right through even some of the thickest bullets, 5B and variants thereof cover so much of the screen that they force the opponent to either graze or block in most cases which gives you a bunch of opportunities to just close in and rape them however, etc etc etc.
If that were all it'd be fine, but her melee has ridiculous enough range to keep anybody from getting close ever unless they manage to hit with a lucky stray bullet and follow it up. For example, Suika and Cirno's 66C can punish anybody else who does a 66C at the same time because of priority and shit but in THIS matchup they get stopsign'd before they're even halfway there. She just has waaay too many tools to keep the opponent from doing anything and playing her normally is impossible.
That said, just waiting in one spot blocking and occasionally grazing until you decide to 66C would be an effective strategy if I were patient enough to keep it up the whole time, but I'm not. So I bitch.

inb4 tourneyfags try to argue about how she's even with everyone else in "high-level play" -- if I were a tourneyfag myself I obviously wouldn't be having enough trouble to bitch like this.

From the situation you're describing, yes. If Cirno gets right in front of Yukari and 66Cs while she does a 66C at that exact same moment, the latter's just going to go right past the ⑨ because it doesn't hit right in front of her.
What I'm saying is, because of the range it has you can use it while I'm in the middle of my dash toward you and it'll hit right when I hit C and bring out the iceblock on its way, stopping me before my 66C can even get close. The only way Cirno can pull off 66C there is by already being close enough that Yukari's 66C would be too far, and by that time not only would the latter have countless options - all of them rape - but the 66C would be pointless because you could just do 3A. And 3A is useless because the only thing that makes 66C good is the fact that it grazes BEFORE it hits. I'm pretty sure it also continually grazes during startup unlike Suika's loliball so projectiles aren't an obstacle, but roadsigns are.

Nest is really only for comboing off of 623B, mostly because it is the only followup for it.
There's no other combo where it really operates efficiently (~500 damage added per card over cardless options.)
Then you have to deal with Nest randomly dropping opponents mid combo and easily punishing you since the untech is miniscule. Nothing will get it out of your deck faster than a Suika teching out of it and punishing you for 3k damage, which is more than your combo did in the first place.

WHY ISN'T 66C AT LEAST PUNISHABLE.
Look at Suika's 66C. It's one of the best dash attacks in the game. It's somewhat punishable, doesn't lead into combos, is fairly slow and telegraphed, and has a startup before its graze frames. Yukari's has none of these. NONE OF THEM. It's the perfect attack. It has every property you could possibly ask for in an attack.
And don't even get me started on parasol spin not being punishable either.

Good to see someone else agree with me that Okuu is shamelessly broke. You can just throw in whatever attacks and it looks like you're fighting for real. /jp/ has always complained about broken characters whether it's actually true or not and when SWR2 came out she was one of the targets. Though I'm pretty sure she had a bunch of broken complaints before, it wasn't as much as, say, Suika. The Suikahate in SWR got to some pretty intense levels.

Sharp Cheddar is broken and easy to eat enough as it is, but of all cheeses it has to be the prime example of tasting the best when it's warm. Straight from a refrigerator it's like putting a brick in your mouth.

Even though it's so good, I'll admit that warm cheddar cheese is pretty overpowered compared to most other cheeses. Parmesan I'd consider to be low tier in comparison because no matter what its temperature is it tastes the same by itself. Sharp cheddar, on the other hand, is not one of those cheeses that only works when it's on something else, like parmesan, hence why it's so broken and easy to eat.
