Manga has better action representations of scenes, better flow in places, and expounds upon some interesting stuff, like SHIKI and Shiki's relationship before SHIKI inverted.

It's worth reading, and I must assume you just don't know enough about what happens in it to make a valid claim otherwise. If you read it and don't like it, then you can say it's not worth reading.

You'll still be wrong, but at least you have a position to stand on.

I read it up to a little after Nero, didn't seem much different. I guess if you want to see the fights the manga's good. Fair enough.

3. Same Nasu and character Takeuchi, but Tsukihime was released back when Typemoon was still doujin and Takeuchi does his own coloring, they couldn't afford to do proper background art back then for instance, so it's much lower budget.
4. lower budgets than in Fate, it's also shorter, some pretty shitty art (especially for animals) by takeuchi, but ultimately Nasu presents an immersive and gripping universe and takeuchi makes lovable characters.
5. As in Fate, takeuchi presents some appalling art, but the designs are solid and if you have any appreciation for the Fate series or typemoon, tsukihime is of course mandatory.

Oh wait, I forgot to add that you should try some of the alternative music for the game that's out there, as the default music is insuficient, Mirror Moon provides the resources for this, but I used a quieter piano tune from one of the cd's suggested for track 07 because it fits the variety of scenes in which it is employed better than the original replacement.
