"wangi-wangian" would probably mean an object that is specifically having the goal of of smelling pleasant, like perfume or more realistically, your car's air freshener, though this term is solemnly used in real life.

Now, about "wangy wangy". In short, the context would be someone lusting over a female because the perceived notion that females smells pleasant, though, in practice, male virtual youtuber is not exempt to be the victim of "wangy wangy", notable victim would be Riksa Dhirendra of NIJISANJI ID.
