My tax return finally came in. $1200. Where can I find a Japanese X-box 360 and The Idolm@ster for the cheapest?

I also have a friend in Japan who said he'd be willing to ship them over if I sent cash which would be an option if sending US dollars as yen by mail doesn't complicate things further than I'm wanting to make this.

I've got more spending money than OP right now but even I don't plan on investing it in a Japanese Xbox (but trust me, I've deeply considered it).

I am actually trying to save money but that doesn't work because I'm an impulse buyer. For instance, if Mangagamer pulled something out of nowhere and released a noteworthy title now, I would buy it this minute.
