Inganock is probably getting so much votes thanks to Ixrec hyping it with his short review.
The thing is that he really should finish the VNs he played before reviewing them.
Inganock starts really, really well but ends up kinda weak on the end.
Compared to Swan Song for example that start relatively slowly and goes crescendo till an awesome last chapter and beautiful ending

Oh well it's not like it's bad or something so it's alright, voted Himawari myself since Aqua's route remains one of the best experience I had with an eroge.

Baldr Sky has the highest score out of all of them on EGS so I voted for it.

Himawari and Baldr Sky are the only two games of the poll with a majority of 90~99 votes on EGS. Swan Song being a close third.

Actually, the Liarsoft game that looks most interesting to me is Kusari Hime. I'm not sure it has an equally monstruous amount of children's stories shit as Forest, but apparently it has language and references whose difficulty compares to them anyway. Another one that looks interesting (although only judging by the OP movie) is the new Railsoft game, Bengarachou Hakubutsushi.

No, the genre doesn't have a lot of haters. The problem with GSS, as many people see it, is not its genre but rather that the genre is the ONLY reason it's so popular in the English-speaking community.

I've played GSS and it's good stuff, just not god-tier like many other games on the list. By the way, the guro in GSS is rather weak, censored and there isn't a lot of it (maybe 10-20 CGs in the entire game). Going for GSS only because of the genre would be rather stupid IMO, go for Extravaganza if that's your kind of thing.

So how big of a spoiler is this anyways? I've seen this mentioned pretty much every time someone talks about this game. I'd really like to play this game, much more so than any other game on the list.
