Run 1, doukousen: Day: Nagato 53 boss, orange Nagato 20 boss, Mutsu 51 artillery, 38 boss. Night: orange Nagato 92+93 boss, Mutsu 106+103 boss killed.

From my experience minimum lvl 30.
A shit level flag along with 80-90 2nd ship works fine too.
Obviously more is better but lvl 30 iirc gives around 4-500 exp and is where it starts being decent.
But if you don't even have that yet, then just put whoever because it gives so little exp that it doesn't actually matter.
