A lot of the times they die early on because they skirmish with the big teams like RAG, Pakael's, Tokyo ghoul's or tanuki's. After around day 2 i think, his G7 wasn't as effective probably because more teams became aware of their strategy and started countering them hard especially late into the rounds. Hemlock is better imo for close range fights and pushes, which they've been improving at a lot lately.

It's because it gives Aruran breathing room to think and get instructions. When they're constantly on the move like this, Astel has to focus his attention elsewhere, so Aruran is forced to survive on his own skills.

Basically they are moving constantly, aru is probably lost on where to go, where he is being fired from and where he should take cover to be safe without detail instructions. To be fair , this type of awareness come from playing for a long time and gaining experience
