I personally disliked the "feel" of Tomoyo After and found it really hard to get into, but that's just me.

Same illness as her sister, she was simply living her sister dreams and at that point was ready to die.

It does end on a lighter note were she is convinced to live for herself (the screen goes back to color), the whole True End is depressing as fuck until that point.

Hitsuji's route was probably the best, emotionally, in the whole story.

Too bad the final part of the game goes and tramples all over that, too. Now for all I know Hitsuji never even existed and Ayumu subconsciously made up the whole thing for her own twisted amusement.

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien made me cry as many times as it make me shake my fist in anger at the protagonist.

Mizuki's good end in Yume Miru Kusuri. She was my least favorite of the girls, but, I dunno, it got to me how how she finally found her meaning in life she was looking for. ;_; Such a sweet ending.

Definitely KiraKira's Kirari's normal route.
It was heartbreaking, intense and suspenseful, then at the very end you just take it all up in one long gulp and accept fate as it is.
But, damn, that second half felt like I was suffocating the whole time.
