There's been a few nijifags in these threads claiming Chitose chose to quit on her own to pursue a music career, but if you were being harassed and quitting because of it, would you actually admit that's the reason? Thats the thing, when its enough its enough. Some people just really need to pay someone that will listen to their problems, and that makes themselves look "professional", even if they are not doing much at all.
I personally would just tell Deluta to use the money she is earning to go live with her friend, maybe spend some time away from her bad parents, and focus on her music or whatever else she likes doing.
After a year doing that, without any new health problem or antis happening, she should feel much better. I know maybe its not that simple but I genuinely feel it would help.

I'm following Gen 5 and the only thing that stresses me out is seeing them retweeting ねぽらぼ art. I get upset when I see only 4 of them or I have to play Where's Waldo. So I don't know if seeing Aloe art could be offensive, but I can imagine if constantly seeing Hololive tweets, clips, and them trending all of the time could bring her down, especially with Gen 5's 3D debut and Bloom coming up. Social media is addicting and a big waste of time unless you are using it for work, so its bad for her focus, and in her case she might get hate comments as well as see Hololive stuff.

As for her. Her issue is her type of depression messes with her. So she sees a comment directing hate towards her she might brush it off but then it triggers a reaction in her brain that causes a negativity spiral this issue is made worse by the fact she was actually harassed so those negative thoughts get reinforced with experience. The other problem is it is a day by day type of problem somedays she might be able to blow through them with no issue and another day 1 comment might send her into a spiral.

I guess the main thing is it is something that gets better over time. Like once you hit rock bottom which she clearly did months ago your survival instincts start kicking in and you become better at avoiding or coping with those thing. Which is evidenced(as far as I can see) by her asking for youtube channels to watch, playing more AC and claiming she is using twitter less. Time will tell.
