As the last oni in Gensokyo, who were known for ridiculous strength, it's safe to assume there is no-one stronger than Suika.

From PMiSS:

Saying 'Yuka is the strongest, I know this from my facts' isn't very helpful without the facts to back it up. While she was supposed to be THE STRONGEST back in PC-98 days, that entire series was more or less gotten rid of. She's exceptionally strong, certainly, but she doesn't even put a scrape on Komachi when she wins.

If you play Yuka's route and defeat Komachi, Komachi appears unfazed and only embarassed at worst. If you play Komachi's route and defeat Yuka, Yuka's clothes are torn and she has the trademark tear leaking out of the corner of her eye.

Not really. PoFV does acknowledge the POWER LEVELS of some of the characters. If you defeat Yuka as Cirno, Mystia, or Medicine Melancholy in story mode, the protagonist flees the garden scared shitless, while Yuka still smiles, not a single rip in her clothing or parasol shown.

So yeah. Yuka may be able to blow away Lvl 5 Bosses like nothing. But if you believe Komachi is slightly less than equal to/on par with people like Sikieiki, Yuyuko, Remilia, Kanako, etc. then believing Yuka to be one of the most powerful Youkai in Gensokyo is a long stretch.

I blame Chado for contributing to the gross distortion of Yuka's abilities, but I still love his doujins. Pic highly related.

Canon-wise Aya flat out states that Suika IS simply the most powerful youkai in Gensokyo.

You know... I've lurked nearly every Touhou doujin hosting site I could think of, and I never seen the English version of Yukari x Yuka before.

Reading Perfect Memento, I'm pretty sure this is how Yuyuko and Sikieiki's relationship is explained:

- You die, and Komachi ferries you across the Sanzu no Kawa.
- You recieve judgement by Sikieiki. You either go to Heaven (???), Hell, or The Netherworld to await reincarnation or enlightenment.
- The Netherworld is managed by Yuyuko and is under her jurisdiction.
- Both Yuyuko and Sikieiki are employed by a higher power (the Great Yama???).

Sikieiki decides whether you go to Heaven or Hell depending on how you lived your life using her ability. Her ability lets her clearly judge in terms of black and white. Yes, that's what the Grim Reaper/Shinigami/Death/etc. do. They claim your soul and ferry it across the river.
