I figured it's more just animals that live unusually long or with specific often tragic circumstances. In any case, Reimu is a shrine maiden, accidently becoming a youkai isn't on the menu, though I wouldn't rule out the possibility she could chose to become one or be forced into it in a extreme case, but I can only imagine Yukari being able to and she seems the sort to show more respect then that.

To be fair though, while nico video is a better source to find new material, it can load slow as all fuck sometimes depending on where you are at. Youtube is pretty much instant and most nico crap is quickly uploaded to it these days.

Both communities are fucktards in reality, but with nico video you at least can't read the language most the time. With youtube you just have to have the sense not to read the comments.
