Somewhat but no. It's different. You don't manually build for one. Upgrading/building rooms is done per segment of the lair. You can also hire monsters to defend your lair. These monsters guard the chokepoints of the lair(you have to turn those segment into monster room first) and can level up. Once in a while or more like every freakin turn, adventurers will show up and invade your lair. Adventurers always go in groups and will try to navigate to your treasure room. These battles have time limit, if no one reached the treasure room within the time limit they give up and return home. The monster and trap's goal is to annihilate or stall them enough for the time limit. You can also build random structures that stalls them like an internet cafe (that plays eroge), an inn, a bar and some other stuff.

To build and hire monsters you need money and money is gotten by terrorizing towns. But it's not that straightforward, attack too strongly and they'll have nothing left to give, very strongly and there'll be no one left to give or too weakly and they'll just scoff at you. After terrorizing them they always send a counterattack force to your lair.

Rakuen is the eroge about making eroge, and it's pretty awesome stuff. One of the better comedy VNs but one that you need to have played quite a bit to really appreciate (Remember how Yume Miru Kusuri had that side-story about the protagonist getting into eroge? Sort of like that, but far better and far more of it)

Top screenshot is the eroge, bottom screenshot is the eroge within the eroge. It's funny that the latter actually has better art.
(in my personal opinion Ayakashibito is the best thing in the list, but if you don't like action it'll probably be the worst VN you've ever played because it's mostly _that_. Not to say it skimps on the story or character development, because if anything, it does the exact opposite)

Yeah, 6 total, and in 4 of them none of the heroines have more than two H scenes.
(1, 1, 2, 2, 6, 8 respectively. The two latter ones are the ones with more of a focus on the ero, but I still loved them)
