-The Fall 2020 Event has concluded. Good job once again, Admirals!
-The currently ongoing event-end maintenance is scheduled to take place from 11:00 to 20:00 JST.
-The new event equipment from the MO is the 533mm Triple Torp Mount (M53-39), the Arctic Gear & Deck Personnel, and the Do 17 Z-2.
-The November ranking rewards have been distributed. The new equipment is the Type 4 Heavy Bomber Hiryuu and Hiryuu (skilled), both with range 5. Although called heavy bombers, they are normal land-base bombers.
-As of the Feb 28 maintenance, due to the ongoing DDoS attacks, measures have been taken that requires players from certain countries to use a Japanese IP address to connect to the Login servers. After getting to the start screen it's possible to disconnect from the VPN and continue playing without it. If you still encounter connection issues try clearing your cache and changing your time zone to JST. These countermeasures are temporary as of right now. EN EO now bypasses the block. Another possible workaround is using https://github.com/Tibowl/KCCacheProxy
-The following ships will receive another remodel at some point in the future:

Kuma is actually generally above average in mosts stats (still no informatino about her theoretical max for eva,asw,los). I think part of this comes from the fact that she used to be one of the higher firepower ships, right before jintsuu kai ni, and nagara kai. I'm using Nagato ap shell+radar with Ise fighter mule(2 guns+3 fighters). Suzukuma, one with 2 SPF, one with zuiun M12 634 + SPF. As for destroyers, Tashkent is a must because 4 slots. Fletcher is useful because AACI + built in asw, which can be necessary since there is always a sub post-clear.
This gives me AS for every possible boss formation. You could go for more zuiuns if you're fine with AP. Remeber to meet LOS requirements, I got sent back the first time because my fleet lacked LOS.

Assuming there are 4 weeks, first the math for the beans this week 3 (you missed one), the next "3" or 4 weeks allows you to get 21+3.
