The floating router thing has already been put down. An analysis of her IP address revealed that it's a static IP (the circumstances behind this are a bit weird).
The main evidence against it being her is the fact that it was active while she was known to be in a different city, using a laptop. The counter-argument is the fact that remote use is possible (if inconvenient) to use, and she complained about her laptop being slow (what you'd expect if she was using remote control for her own PC). However, laptops are normally junk, even without remote control, and there's no reason for her to go out of her way to do that, as the IP reveal was unexpected.

I suspect Idol-bu might've involved itself, but I can't back that up.
