Hard to say. I don't have that one so I can't tell you whether or not it's safe. But generally, cleaning most onaholes is a pretty easy process. Rinse it out with lukewarm water, squirt some hand soap in there and squeeze the outside to get it as evenly distributed as possible, then rinse again with more water. Keep turning it over periodically and watch how the water drains - you'll know if there's any lube or cum left inside because of how it drips from the entrance. Then jam you finger in there and feel around for any leftover human goo.

Drying is pretty easy too, just take a toothbrush you're not going to use anymore and put a microfiber cloth on the end. Stick it in there and keep working it around until it's as dry as you can get it. Drying sticks are fine too - stick it in, squeeze the outside of the hole gently, remove it every 1-2 minutes to check for moisture. If there's any left, wipe it off and repeat until it comes out dry or mostly dry. The air will do the rest.
