Ok, now I have Vista.

Long Story short:

Wanko to Kurasou won't work. I get an black screen. I tried it with the compatibility mode, but still, it looks like this.

I found the solution at MirrorMoon:

Start Wanko -> Settings -> Sound Settings -> Voices -> Close.

Voila, the Game starts.
