I just finished playing Tsukihime

took me one week

What should I go for next? the Plus+Disc, Kagetsu Tohya or Melty Blood?

In that order.

You'll probably finish PD in 2-3 hours, though.

The logical order would be Plus Disc, Kagetsu Tohya, and then Melty Blood. MB is optional though.

I played the Plus Disk out of curiosity a while ago and saw Len in some of the wallpaper art...
Isn't she the main girl from KT? am I not spoiling anything?

Plus Disc was released before Kagetsu Tohya. If you play KT first you will be somewhat confused as it talks about events that happened in Plus Disc.
