I can definitely see Gura leaving in a year or two. I think her attention span is too short to stick around really long term and she is legitimately a top tier entertainer and singer and doesn't need Hololive to succeed. If she gets bored or feels like Hololive or the Gura character is cramping her style, I think it's unlikely she would renew her contract. It could happen very soon or a ways down the road but she would probably be first or second to leave.

If Gura doesn't leave first, I can see Cali being the first to go. I can see her reaching her peak in a year or two and deciding she's done all she can with HoloEN as Cali. Between the reaper gimmick and being tied to a JP company, she will probably feel limited by these eventually and the only path for growth will be to graduate.

Kiara is more difficult to peg because I simultaneously think she could be the first AND the last one to leave. I don't think she has any reason to leave, and she needs Hololive, but if she makes a serious mistake, I could see her getting Aloe'd. This is especially likely as her roommate is really visible and she seems to have serious issues not taking the haters and criticism personally.

I don't think Ina has any reason to quit and is probably going to be in for the long haul. Like Cali and Gura, she is legitimately talented and doesn't need Hololive to succeed but unlike them, I don't see Hololive or her character interfering with her ability to move forward as an illustrator.

Finally, I suspect Ame will also probably be in it for the long haul too. Not to talk badly about her because she is the one I watch the most but she doesn't have marketable skills like the rest of the current EN crew and her earnings from Hololive make it unlikely that she could earn similar money elsewhere so she has little reason to separate from Hololive.
