It seems vtuber threads dedicated to specific vtubers are now allowed, thus /vyt/ and /hlg/ are overflowing into the general board at large

There are meidos deleting deliberate spam threads so they're obviously aware of what's happening, but at the same time a thread dedicated to posting the real life personalities behind various hololive talents has survived, which is something that our local thread-camping meidos didn't allow. So it's a mystery

No such thing is happening. People are now allowed to post vtuber threads outside of generals, it seems. Your threads getting "deleted" is just what happens when new threads are posted.
