Make sure you are using the correct Kanon Standard Edition image file. IF you downloaded from share or winny, it should be (18禁ゲーム)[990604][041126][key] Kanon～Standard Edition～ 音声化版 Ver.1.0 (iso+rr).rar..

The .ISO is 1.14 GB.

Uh, no. The correct ISO should be 716mb. The one you have comes prepatched with voices so it's not ripped directly from the CD. The voices in that one also don't work correctly with the English patch.

You only need 2 thing.
The standard Kanon ISO and the voice file.

The voice acting comes from the All Ages release. There are no voices in the sex scenes :-)
