It depends on what you mean, really.
There's an idol group is called Girls Girls, consisting of 9 actresses from the three first installments of the Girls x Heroine live action superhero franchise. In addition to doing shows and concerts and such on their own, the 9 girls also host the weekday anime/manga/video game promo variety show Oha Suta alongside various other comedians and VAs (the only other female one is tarento Sakura Inoue). Oha Suta airs a short anime episode every day, and on Monday this is Garugaku, a series starring an anime version of Girls Girls, with the 9 girls voicing themselves.

So that's 4 different, related "franchises".

From what I understand, the issue is essentially that jannies tend to just assume that if a picture that's clearly not from anime gets reported as off topic, the reporter did so because it WAS off topic and will just delete/warn instead of taking the time to look up exactly where this picture is from and what it has to do with anime.

So this guy basically camped out in the Aikatsu threads and made people not want to post anything related to Aikatsu Planet there because they'd never know whether the janny that looked at the off-topic report that was guaranteed to happen would delete the post and potentially ban them or not.
