Your own urine is sterile to you. Other peoples is not always. Also, you can't survive for more than a few days on it. Though I think this has been said more than enough times on this board.

A human body can not export enough fluids/solids to sustain another human of even half its size. You might be able to sustain yourself for three or four days doing this, but that is all. After that your systems will very likely start to break down.

Your best bet would be to have her drink and eat/chew for you and regurgitate it into your mouth, much like a mother bird does to a baby bird. Vomiting however for a prolonged period of time will cause other serious problems for the person doing it.

You run into problems using urine as a water source simply because of the high content of salts and what not. Its a diminishing return on liquids, but it will sustain you for a good period of time. Best bet is to boil out the salts and you won't run into issues.
