Just you and Hisui living in the mansion, Hisui trying to return to her old self, going outside, being cheery all that shit.
and in the good end you magically save Kohaku by cutting out the poison she drinks and somehow she has no side effects except losing ALL her previous memories.

Ya, Hisui true was sad, but it felt like Hisui was truly on the path to becoming happy at the end so as to fulfill her sister's wish for her to be happy. Truth be told, I felt absolutely nothing for Akiha's death, only Kohaku's saddened me.

I found Shiki killing the poison in the good end not that hard to believe, seeing how he did the same to himself earlier with the Vamperic disease given to him from Sacchin.
