Really glad we managed to make everything work partly due to how ridiculously early we all had to wake up but fortunately for me, it's how early I have to be up anyway for work so it wasn't that much of a hassle. I'm also really lucky to have teamed up with such a super dedicated and organized and really awesome all-around crew which I guess we now call Row E3. Concert was friggen' amazing and I got a bunch of the girls to wave back at me especially Koharu. Hello!Party was a blast even if I made a damn fool of myself doing the Romamo wotagei. Lol jk that was really fun and be willing to do it again. Managed to make it to one of the good autograph sessions as well and that was pretty amazing. As for the second one, well at least I got something else autographed and managed to meet them again as well.

Also can't forget, another one of the best times of the trip was meeting up with all the other fans and talking to them about everything H!P. It's really refreshing to find that there's someone else you can share your excitement to especially if you come from somewhere where the people around you don't. Props to all who were there to show their support not only for Momusu but to the other fans as well.

I think I managed to find the Japanese segment of Koharu:

anyway, Tsunku said the exact number was 7500. That is actually a very good number and higher than both of last year's concerts. According to AX, Shoko Nakagawa got 3500 and Jyukai got 2350. Unfortunately, they also got the genefit of having their concert in the Nokia Theater, a venue that would've suited Morning Musume much better than the one we actually got.

For some reason I can't find any attendance stats from previous years. I can say though that 7500 is a great number and is one of the highest attendance totals AX has seen for a concert. The highest attendance would be the SKIN concert, which was the band's first and also their last performance. I don't know the exact attendance, but dear god, what a disaster that concert was! I know Otakon managed to draw in 12,000 for L'arc~En~Ciel back in 2004 (Otakon's biggest concert to date) so I would assume SKIN is below that number, but still above 10,000.

Regardless, Morning Musume did very well and I think they certainly beat expectations. Earlier I did a whole bunch of math using a somewhat conservative estimate of Morning Musume fans and reached some very good conclusions. It's way back in the thread though.

That's so cute. D'awwwww. I bet it was delicious.
I'm not entirely sure who the first H!P girl was that I saw. I think the first exposure I had to H!P was either seeing the Aruiteru PV by Momusu or Piriri to yukou by Berryz. I know it was on DIVX Stage6 that I first learned about them just because I had checked out some of the recently added vids and found a few H!P music vids.

One thing I definitely remember is that the first H!P girl I actually took notice of was Reina. I was just into their colorful and fun music vids for the first few months of my fandom and then I came across the shark tour part of Reina's Alo!Hello. I remember my first thought was that she was really pretty so I then started to search for more about her. She was the first H!P girl who I knew the name of. And she's still one of my favourites today.

FFFFFFFFFF- (photoshop pic)

the first one I heard named was Sayumi. Though I count Takahashi Ai as the first girl, 'cause she's the one I paid attention to, the one whose voice I immediately fell in love with, the one I thought was prettiest. And also Reina in that one PV.

Still my favourites...? Well, I still think Ai's voice is good but it really stood out in that PV. Now it's just... eh, I don't pay much attention to her. Reina I thought was SUPER pretty in that PV but now she has her hair up and looks really different and she's my least favourite MM member.

That was Koko Ni Iruzee and it was also incredibly adorable.

Koi no Dance Site - First MM PV I ever saw
Renai Revolution 21 - One of my favorites
The Peace - Rika as center...what else
Do It Now - Another one of my favorites...I remember watching this many times at its release
Go Girl ~Koi no Victory~ - Upbeat, happy PV
The Manpower (another vers) - Another favorite, love the costumes
Ai no Sono ~Touch my heart~ - Love the dancing and the music
Iroppoi Jirettai - The PV that got me interested into MM again months ago

I don't have an absolute favorite, so difficult to choose.

Indeed, this is a thread for idols who are old, decrepit and washed up. Look at Kaori Iida, for example. She's so unpopular that she had to play on the news that her baby died in order to rack up some semblance of attention. How sad.

Old Musumes are bad and you should feel bad.
Did you know one of them was arrested for smoking as well as canoodling with a man 4 times older than her?
How can you look up to sluts who can't seem to do anything right except jeopardizing their careers?
