What's a decent cheap option for going hands-free?

Doesn't have to be in the shape of hips, necessarily. Just looking to train my hip thrusts so I'm not too out of shape the next time I get to have sex.

Yes, I'd rather take a vaccine, which was intentionally developed by humans to serve precisely one function: Inducing immunity to SARS-CoV-2 while causing as little harm to the recipient as possible, which was tested to a certain level for safety in humans than a novel virus, which was only recently zoonotically transmitted to humans. A virus with the potential for dangerous mutation, the only driving force behind its evolution being keeping its host alive long enough for it to reproduce within the cells of its host and spread to another host, regardless of what happens to the host beyond that point.
