A lot easier to play with. L1 is shoot, R1 is focus, square is bomb, start is pause, etc.

Plus the stick is a lot easier to move with, and my fingers always get cramped up when I play on the keyboard.

For the record, I started playing Touhou with a game pad, and now I can't imagine using anything other than a keyboard.

I occasionally use my PS3 controller when playing Touhou on my laptop, because for whatever reason, using the keyboard it won't let me pause the game, which is quite annoying.

I don't know whats with all the keyboard faggotry, a true shmupper's input device of choice will always be a good arcade stick.

I use both keyboard and PS2 pad, although I prefer keyboard. I use a PS2 pad for PoFV and PoDD because I dislike the regular controls.
