Just wanted to say that all these percentages are heavily skewed because the population of all these countries, with the notable exception of Russia, is too small to make any appreciable estimate.
If you would excuse an extreme comparison, that would be like comparing the suicide rate in San Marino and Japan.
Say that in the former just one person killed himself, while in the latter it's 300. To the statistical eye, this would mean that San Marino would rank higher even though there were more victims in Japan.

Just because Japan isn't in the top 10 doesn't imply it has a low suicide rate. It could be the 11th highest in the world, and your chart would still be accurate.

All of the countries listed have a population in the multiple millions. It's more than enough to be statistically valid.

No, actually Japan's teenage suicide rate is quite low. I saw statistics broken down by age and gender and the only demographic with a high suicide rate in Japan is middle aged males. Middle aged businessmen are the ones skewing Japan's statistics and making them look like a place with a high suicide rate. They need to learn to have midlife crises like America.
