While I indeed respect your opinion about the matter OP, however I tend to disagree.
After debating the various benefits and merits of all the included titles, I eventually deduced that Swan Song may be a more suitable choice for my own vote.
However your choice OP, also has many good points, so if by any chance that's going to be the victorious game receiving a translation, then by no means I'm going to be saddened by such an event.

Overall the highligh is Gore and every scenes he is in.
Otherwise it's pretty uneven, some routes are pretty dull.

Well, at first glance it looks like a really fucking interesting game (It The Clown: The Eroge). It's pretty good but yeah, there are a lot better games needing a translation. But whatever, if GSS gets translated that's fine too.

The reason I deduced Swan Song as a worthy candidate of my own vote is the discussion taken place in the previous thread ( >>2934792 ), where various anons have reported that Swan Song has a unique beautiful style, which would encourage the translator chap, and it is the most shortest among the main contender titles (1.16 Mb for Swan, 2,08 Himawari, and estimatedly about 2,5 for GSS). Which means it would take around half as much time, than the exquisite choice of the Opening poster. Additionally myself was under the impression, that that was the title the most praised by the japanese literate anons who participated playing all or most of the aforementioned Visual Novels.

However that is truly up to everyone's personal preference, and by no means take my own speculations as an insult dear Anons. I will be more than happy to read all of the choices found in that thread.
