Irons and reds are the best way to level up silvers. It's not really worth throwing armors and fairies at them when they only need a total of 4k exp to go from 1 to 30, at which point you can either CC them and use them as awakening bait, or throw them in the silver/gold storage and get a fairy that gives silver units 4k exp. If you're actually planning on raising and using a silver unit you can just use those fairies for leveling it.
Personally I save all the lvl 15 silvers I get from maps, level them to 30, and take the fairy to essentially gain the ~900 exp extra that the unit had from being lvl 15 to begin with, but a beginner likely won't be clearing many maps that drop lvl 15 silvers, so just level the highest level ones you have and throw the fairy from them to the silver you need to CC for the awakening.

The most effecient source of exp is just getting the 1 time rewards from events and all the good stuff you get from Fame, but the armor quest is probably pretty decent.
Just don't forget to use fairies with the armors to increase the exp they give from 1k to 8k.

Irons aren't worth shit. Save your irons for CC/AW. Farm bronze units for EXP. Once you make it to the desert, Oasis will be your go-to for a while, though you can opt to go to Base Struggle 2 after. You'll basically stay at those until you unlock the 72 charisma jungle map which is, as far as I know, still the best fodder farming map in the game. The goal is to load up on bronze units with EXP bonus passives so that they give full EXP off-class.

You get a good deal of leveled up irons while you're still doing early story. It's different once you start farming stuff like the orc hero stage that only drops bronzes, but him saving up all his irons already would be a bit of an overkill when you can just roll the daily free roll once a day and be pretty much fine with your AW iron needs.
I farmed a chapter 2 story map for gold a while ago and now I'm stuck with 99 iron archers and soldiers.

It's normally only a problem when talking to people that have convinced themselves that loli isn't a body type and that any underage girl is a loli with whatever body type you want to give her because it's totally about the age. There's also the people that will argue you eternally that it's actually about the book "Lolita" and the Japanese term has nothing to do with it among other clowns and of course there's the people that just want to troll and get a rise out of others.

Thankfully, It's not much of a problem when looking for porn or doujins because it's typically tagged correctly on English boorus or any doujin agregator. Try to advance the story campaign until you get to the desert. You unlock something at that point.
The story doesn't take stamina so advance the current event (brown titty bird) as far as you can get too. The event gives you stuff relative to the amount of stars you got from the missions once it ends on thursday.

I think the first thing you should aim for is just earning SC to unlock all the extra storage space for units and leveling a few strong units so they can carry you. Maybe roll for something before picking the unit to level, but we'll probably get a bunch of free rolls in the upcoming anniversary.
A bunch of players just farm the story since it's a good source of player rank, but the stuff you get from it isn't quite as good as the event stuff.

Most of the other tabs are event reruns. Just check the rewards from the stages and try to clear as far as you can. They're not as important as the current event though.

Reading the wiki is a good start. Maybe a couple things are incorrect or outdated, but it gives good advice.
You can see what events are revivals or current so do whichever you feel is best.
I would hold off on rolling since anniversary is coming up, and a potential popularity gacha has some very good units.

They do stack and the number shows the number of times a buff/debuff of this type has been applied. Though gives no indication of the real power of the total buff (ie if you slightly buff the attack twice or you greatly increases it twice, you'll see the sword icon with a 2 in both cases, but the total buff is much stronger in the second case)

I took a look at the wiki and there seems to be a cap to the maximum value of a buff/debuff at 50% for most of them. Some characters have a "Limit Break" section in their leader skills that allows this cap to be higher, like Vermelio (Act 2) who raises the cap to 150% for buffs.

You're not trying to do those at the same time as the other requirements right? The main thing is ensuring the enemy doesn't take any turns, as that counts toward the limit. That mostly means having enough skills to destroy beefier bosses in one hit and someone with a large aoe for crowds. Also making sure someone useless, like the helper, isn't wasting your turns.
They're also rather tuned to the new gacha unit, who are more difficult to get to level 100 for collabs.

But I'm probably not a good reference for challenge stage advice, I haven't really bothered with them in a while.

I would be insane to try and clear them all at the same time. The problem comes when they do 5 wave stages and 3 of them have the big as fuck full width of map arrangement of enemies. Unless you have the characters with the full map AOE attacks, you're going to eat precious turns clearing them.

Not to mention, the Level 100 they give you is Kageaki with his insane 2k speed. He will almost always go first so that's a waste of 5 turns.
