Let's talk about the first game, I personally think it is the easiest one. So, every unidentifiable corpse's identity has been granted with Eva and Hideyoshi, and we know that Genji, Kumasawa and Nanjo are not murderers (still could be helping the culprit). Remaining identifiable corpses are Krauss, Shannon and Kanon. Battler never saw Shannon's corpse, only Kanon and Hideyoshi did who died right after. Even if the Kanon = Shannon theory is true, I still don't believe in culprit X who haven't made an appearance yet. I think the final twist will be that there are only 16 people on the island. The killer and the person who drawing the magical circles, and driving stakes in the body might be three different person.

At the very least, Nanjo, Shannon, Kanon, Krauss and Kyrie used the phone from their 'prison'. Battler only spoke to Kyrie for certain though, the scene said the phone was passed around a bit so that everyone had a turn to speak, but didn't really specify who spoke to who. After that, the phone calls about the tests, and then Jessica, Kyrie, and finally 'Beatrice' all spoke to Battler over the phone.

All things considered, at least one of the people using the phone the first time around was one of the perpetrators. They probably coerced the others there to cooperate on the threat of going to kill the children if they refused. I don't think Kyrie was in on the crime though- all of her conversations with Battler seem to be hiding coded statements, he just wasn't clever enough to figure out what she was really trying to say.

Jessica is suspicious. The manner in which she predicted her death and also her knowledge of how George died are fishy. Krauss is also suspicious. He had been backed into a corner by the siblings, ordered to bring 'Kinzo' to the dining hall to speak to them. But of course we know Kinzo was already dead.

To those of you saying that "Kinzo" was actually Kinzo's corpse, I'd ask you to consider one problem with this theory. The ones burning Kinzo's corpse are pretty obviously Krauss and Natsuhi (when both of them die in Episode 2's first twilight, it doesn't end up in the incinerator), so why would Krauss then have Natushi killed if he was the one who orchestrated the whole "Kinzo will show himself" scenario to begin with? I know he doesn't treat her particularly warmly, but to assume that he'd kill her to throw suspicion off himself seems out of character.

Maybe I'm assuming too much to think that all the corpses found in the dining room were killed in that place simultaneously, but it's still worth considering.
