Uruza, Omachi, Special Cannon, characters with percent attacks, battle rating up/downs and characters with instakills are all beg to differ.
Just taking away enemy turns isn't that useful on the grand scale and Kenshin, being a bushi unit isn't that useful.
Dungeon-wise she is pretty good, but once again, there are better chars.
