I use jam. I have tried plain toast but that shit is dry as fuck. When I was in middle school, I tried to walk to school and eat toast like I saw Shinji doing in NGE but I couldn't do it. Too dry. I found a dog that was always barking at me when I walked to school and gave it to it.
