She can buff crit rate and damage for the whole team which is nice. Only problem is that all the best characters in the game don't really need that to finish every mission. Buffing characters just still are not required for anything when you can just bring 6 heavy hitters who end each wave in one attack.

If the info on the wiki is correct then she will be able to do some damage at least for 1 attack. Her stats are pretty low besides her speed but one of her skills has a 5 stage attack boost according to the wiki. Most characters only have 3 stages in 1 skill. She also has slightly higher accuracy than most characters and can buff everyone's accuracy so she should never miss. Still won't be top DPS though because her regular stats are so low and other characters can boost even higher if they go all out, like Ran who can buff her attack by up to 13 stages if you use both of her attack buffs, boost to lvl 3 and use her last word with a yang +3 picture card.

So looking at the stuff in the next update you get the Red Marisa banner, there is a special event in which you can try her out like you could with Koakuma and NotBenben, you can do 5 daily quests instead of 3, there is some random banner in which you can roll 1 time for free each day which seems pretty pointless seeing as how you pretty much already are able to do that, only the new Remilia and Sakuya outfits will be in the store and the halloween event will start. They are also handing out the PCs that won that contest but I am not sure how many of them it will be for now.

Considering we literally don't know what happened with the first war there's no telling if it's accurate or not. Suika, Kasen, and Yuugi may not have been involved for example: the youkai were supposedly exterminated when they went for the moon, other than Yukari. Maybe during the events Okina was sealed. Maybe prior she was sealed, maybe after. Maybe she fought and lost that time.

It's a little absurd to call inaccuracy when the entire event is only even rumored in the first place.

They nerfed the amount of resources you get from expeditions a few months ago. That's probably what he means. Each character on an expedition used to be able to bring back the amount of cubes listed on the rewards so if it said 3 cubes you could easily get more than 10 from one expedition. With that many cubes you could pretty much spark every 2-3 banners without ever spending any money. There was some drama about the way they changed it because they only mentioned it in a single line of patch notes without actually being specific about what it meant. Later they had to make a seperate post to apologize and explain it more detail.

Assuming you've run through all the content and quests, sparking is only really feasible after I think... at least as the game currently stands... you need 750 cubes to spark, on top of money to spark, and I'm thinking that's probably only really possible if you really mind your supply and expeditions for like juuuust over a month of play. That's not counting during events though, where resources are more plentiful.

I really wish they would finally find a way to make the game in any way challenging. Their AOE/Single target resistance thing failed so hard. They just gave everyone in the last event the AOE resistance because of all the LWs but all the strongest characters also have single target spellcards so it accomplished nothing.

Last 50 cubes, no extra Marisa. Total of 341 rolls gave me 2 Marisas, one of which was the free one for 250 rolls. Oh well. Time to never roll again until the next super special rare character drops.

I personally think a whole change in direction would be better. Focus around the effects of skills/buffs. Lower their cooldowns, lower character switching cooldowns as well, make it more obvious and easier to spark the staggered state (I still don't quite get out it happens; I think it's when you "break" when no graze/shields are left), and also maybe make it so graze isn't goddamn invincibility, it's just a rather good defense buff.

Kinda make it more like SMT battle systems, basically. Right now it's mostly an auto battler with a few times where you need to actually plan out skill use and character switching.

Looks like all that Rumia can do is inflict darkness. All 3 of her skills inflict it. The 2nd skill inflicts it on your own team which helps almost no one.

So the big stuff they were talking about is coming after the next maintenance but it is temporary content. It will just show up every now and then. It's already gone again after a week which makes it feel like it is not going to be very long.

Also Hina is there now but no one who rolled for Marisa has any cubes to roll for her anyway.

Does it say that you can fully heal 4 times on each individual day? I am assuming it does because otherwise this would be impossible to clear. You just straight up run out of spells otherwise since every enemy has 150k+ health even in the lowest tier. Even on floor 4 I am already thinking of just getting in some Last Words to quickly clear stuff so that at least other characters won't run dry already.

Made it past the first boss without using any of the healing charges. Now I have to use one because I have pretty much no spellcards left with anyone besides people like Sanae or Lillie White. The boss fight has the most absurd version of the AoE resistance yet, to the point that even full power Toyohime with her overpowered Last Word only does a combined 80k damage. They also lock the 2nd shot of your starting characters before the first turn even starts so you have to switch if you want to use those moves.

Made it up to floor 19 from floor 10 before having to use the free daily heal. Should not be too difficult to get to the special doll at this rate.

Kaio-ken Marisa might not be at max power for me but she can still trigger 6 elemental hits in one go. This tower really makes it obvious how bad some characters are for breaking shields. Regular Marisa only inflicts a single Star elemental hit will all her regular spells even at 3 boosts. Also I never really noticed that before but characters in the back row do not recover their skills at all. That feels really weird. On one hand the game wants you to switch out characters in battle but on the other hand they are stuck in the back row for way too long and don't even recover there. I hope they change that eventually.

One thing I learned from the event is that there are way too many characters who are weak against star or sun. Almost every character is weak against one of those.
