No we don't. America is currently fighting 2 wars and its economy is teetering on bankruptcy. America couldn't fight N Korea even if it wanted to. And to make matters worse, America has zero influence in that peninsula. We don't even have enough clout to negotiate a deal to free those two journalist.

North Korea can't project power.
They really don't have any real long-distance offensive capability we can't intercept within a few hours.
What they can do though is shell Seoul into the ground, assuming their underground bunkers are up to scratch and we don't take out all their artillery first.
