I don't know much about politics, but why do people label "good" and "bad" things that are subjective? Obviously someone joins a party when they think that it's the best thing for the country, not because it's the worst. When I hear people argue politics it feels like everyone tries to villainize or make the other look stupid.
Why I'm saying this on 4chan I don't know.

For example, a Libertarian would argue that the New Deal disproved economic stimuli as a measure to improve the economy over the long term, leading to anyone who thinks otherwise as being objectively flawed in their view of history. Obama has gone against most of what he said he would NOT do in office. This new health care reform? Enjoy paying back the one trillion dollars it will cost over the next 10 years. It'll all trickle down and taxes will skyrocket. This new health care reform is also a "gonna fuck you over" from the Democrats. It's kinda worrisome when the plan applies to everyone in the US except for the members of congress......they'll be exempt from the changes. Oh goodie. That's Democrats for you. The only thing they know how to do is make new laws. And if the laws they make don't do shit or end up making things worse then by god, we'll make more fucking laws!!!!

The economic crisis started before Obama took office. Blaming this shit on him is just retarded.

However, this said I will agree that he's been lightfooted so far. It hasn't been very long, but his waffling on healthcare and lobbyist waivers are disconcerting.

Also the new healthcare reform includes an OPTIONAL public insurance plan, with people's preexisting plans untouched. Where the fuck are you getting this "dems will be exempt" thing from, too? Also, the CBO estimate doesn't take into account savings, given that significant portions of the existing healthcare system are flying towards a cliff right now.

When every other first-world nation spends less of their GDP on healthcare and covers many more of their citizens through UHC programs, it makes the US look strange.

We are currently experiencing a recession. Ignoring for a moment the root causes of the recession, it is generally a bad idea to raise taxes in the middle of one. That means you need to find other ways of raising capital, or cut spending. For the time being, the government has decided to continue to borrow money from foreign central banks to fund its programs, but that relationship cannot last forever; eventually those banks will stop buying treasury bonds. If that happens, the only way to make up the difference between expenditures and revenues would be to print money, thus devaluing all paper assets (and foreign debts).

The best idea would be to simply not collect taxes for FY 2009, cut spending along a list of priorities, and let the markets fix themselves without any more intrusion by government.
