"Sparks" refers to the raging magical energy caused in the Tracing procedure (see: the CG of Shirou's circuits). "Liner"... As far as I know, "Liner" is just a superhuman. "High" can mean the battle rush.

It doesn't sound too appealing at first but it really gets good, a lot of baww moments and a lot of awesome moments. I would of really liked to see a CG of Kotomine and Shirou fighting at the end.

Eh, I just finished HF recently and still didn't like it that much. In fact, I was annoyed at how much more was done with the True End compared to the other Ends. I would've rather had that attention put into the other ends...

And the Normal End was just dragged out too long for an attempt at cheap drama. We didn't even get to see Shirou project and use the sword.
