However, if you could translate this, which I've been waiting longer than I like to think about for somebody to consider, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for the support, but it's never gonna happen. Most translators go by a pay-per-page system, and besides, OP said he and his friends want to translate a manga. I doubt they'd be man enough to translate hentai at all, let alone relatively hardcore rape hentai.
