I read MOON, and while it's definitely got atmosphere, it's not as fast paced as SnU.

If you're looking for something slightly horror like Saya, then I don't know. Perhaps Higurashi/Umineko no Naku Koro Ni - I personally haven't played them.

But if you'd like another mystery, Ever17 is what you want my friend. Basic plot is a bunch of people get trapped in an underwater theme park. Sounds boring, but I can't tell you more without spoiling.
It took me awhile to get into, but it's worth the wait.
