The gun is called Black Barrel. The guy who has it is the only unmodified human left on Earth known only as Gun God. Black Barrel cannot be wielded by anything that uses ether. This is why he's the only one who can use it.

Ado Edem has Slash Emperor and has never had Black Barrel.
