you should consider looking into her 2ab623a5c4b236c2(c)623a5c j.bc dj.bc basic meter combo. the overhead one can be easy to counter after a while, though I couldn't punish you for it because I'm rather terrible, but other people might not be as nice.

GGs I guess. I normally never play above 3 delay, that was like playing at 30 fps for me. Everything was going off wrong or wrong timed. I watched Ciel's 214C go off at least 5 times when all I hit was 2C 4C. I think I'll stick to playing 2-3 delay only.

Okay, let me know when you move to the east coast so we can have a game with little or no lag, lol. At least I'm getting better with Arc, although I found it funny that some of the better combos that went off during our matches weren't the ones I hit (but yet turned out better than I thought) so at least I have some new things to practice now.

Does the AI in MBAC just suck? I don't consider myself very good at fighting games because my most successful method of playing tends to be: [button bash in ways that tends to produce combos while chasing the opponent and blocking whenever they attack] yet rarely have trouble beating the computer on the hardest difficulty... or is this a common way to play?

You probably will get your ass kicked at first. But it's far better fighting real live opponents and learning how they fight than fighting against the CPU.
But it's always a good idea to learn the basic combos for the characters you're going to be playing.

Miyako: Don't heat/blood heat unless you need the health/wanna get the opponent out of your face. Try using less ADs and LAs, they are predictable and punishable.

Wara: learn your normals range and get a better grasp of your combos timing. I don't know much about Wara but shouldn't you use your summons?
