1) I tried to rush South Africa for a few turns, but Xavier just spams tons of overpowered demons and throws his fucking apostle slut in every fight. Despite what the brothers said in the scene, I just can't whittle down his troops, they're as good as new in every fight. Should I reload a save from earlier and conquer other kingdoms?
2) Is there a Hscene involving his apostle and a rake?

Well, I did do a lot of reloading until battles and assassinations went my way, but it's possible without cheats. A normal game I can get the 3rd fan by turn 22 or so, but this time I went for 13 turn fan and was able to shave two or three turns off my time. I don't think i'll be able to get all the characters though.

I did, it was one general per house. Also they can go to countries you are not at war with. Mine went to Mouri(war), Uesugi(war) and Tenshi(not at war). Capturing them is also random. I captured them by putting Shizuka, 2 troops with 'Defeated Warrior Hunt' skill and 2 warriors with 'Light Attack' skill in the same battle. Your best bet is to assasinate them with Gekkou once they've run out of moves.
