I forgot about Zoken (actually, I forgot a lot about him other than what his summon was and Sakura thingie), and my memory was that Kotomine wasn't really supposed to be in the 5th war, but was just there to try to steal the grail since he failed to do so in the 4th war. My memory is that he was supposed to overlook the 5th war, but instead decided to be a jerk and bend the whole system so he could win.

Strictly speaking, she didn't fight the original Roa on her own, she was too busy berserking and then got her power sapped.

When she actually fought him, it was in a raid with the Church.

So, the only instances of her 'losing' are by Altrouge, Shiki's sneak attack, and being pinned/Ko'd by Nero and Roa at her absolute weakest.
And on her best, she has beaten Berserk full-powered Ancestors turned Demon Lords.
