Just wanted to share a bit of a cleaning related discovery i made

so a couple of years ago my ZXY developed some mold (green, patchy stuff with some darker dots). I thought it was the end of it, but being a hoarder, i decided to keep it for material reference and stuff. Over the years i tried a couple things to try and clean it - Soaking in denaturated alcohol (not recommended, still can smell it), coconut oil (supposedly anti fungal) and finally, after another shelving, a toy cleaner with tea tree oil (again, anti fungal). After a night of soaking, it didn't seem to work, so i gave up and shelved it again (i'm fairly certain i didn't bother to rinse out the cleaner).
Fast forward about a year, to yesterday:
Mold is gone. I looked it over REALLY thoroughly, there's no discoloration anywhere. I even used it, and i'm not having any ill effects a day later (which is saying something, i've got lots of issues with skin allergies)

tl;dr
lots of time and tea tree oil cleaner got rid of pretty advanced mold in my old ona

First ballistics gel ona, big failure. But it was an experimental piece not to mention a huge rush job. 3D printing the mold to shape the inside didn't work, the plastic just got too soft to hold its shape. So instead I used the handle of a metal mixing spoon and cut up an aerosol can for the outer mold.
