It wouldn't actually be too hard to make in Flash in the first place; just grab all the objects of the characters from an existing flash and go nute. You'd probably be able to get something decent down in a week max.

Yeah, I liked it when I first saw it, because I was dumb fifteen year old who liked really stupid shit. And it wasn't random before random was popular (not that this would have any bearing on it's quality), random humor was plenty popular then. You're just blinded by nostalgia.
