She timed it perfectly in my opinion. Long enough after the debut to get her base established, but just early enough that she's moved in and ready to rock as soon as the collab embargo is lifted.

Once collabs are allowed she's going to really take off, because the rest of her peers are going to be limited to collabs with HoloID, Artia, and independents like Pikamee. Interactions with HoloJP will be incredibly difficult and awkward, especially now that the only two who actually speak English have been suspended for the next few weeks.
