If you want to make your own custom pillowcases then first you'll need to find out how the real things are made. Are they silkscreened? I really have no idea. Once you find that out, find a printing shop that can do this technique on fabric and you'll probably have to send them your own material to print on I'm guessing. Once you get that back you can turn it into a pillow. It's probably also possible to do this yourself though it would require your to build the printing machine and it would take some practice.

Silk screening doesn't require any special machines. But it is kinda time-consuming to do it by hand. All you need is:

1. A frame (nothing fancy, just four pieces of wood stuck together in a rectangle)
2. A silk sheet that will be stretched over the frame
3. Photo-emulsion (which I presume you can get from craft stores, but I've never looked)
4. Transparencies (the kind used with overhead projectors)
5. A computer with a printer
6. A lamp (the brighter the better)
7. Ink of all the colors in your image

How to silk screen:
1. Stretch your silk sheet over the frame and fasten them together.
2. Divide your image up into sections. Each section must be exactly one color. No more.
3. Print the sections out on transparencies in solid black. This MUST be done in black. Also, they need to be backwards, just like doing an iron-on.
4. Cover your screen in photo-emulsion. Spread it evenly, and don't put it on too thick.
5. Place your print-outs over the frame.
6. Have your lamp right above your frame, and turn it on.
7. Go kill some time.
8. Come back and confirm that the emulsion has dried. Notice that the areas blacked out by the print-outs have not dried, leaving you with stencils of your print-outs.
9. Rinse out your screen to remove any residual liquid.
10. Place the screen over your target fabric.
11. Color in the first stencil with ink. You can cover the other stencils with masking tape so you don't get ink in the wrong places.
12. Rinse out your screen and let the ink dry on the fabric.

If you're doing a body pillow, it would be better to make several small screens, rather than one gigantic one. A gigantic one would be unwieldy, and would take forever for the photo-emulsion to dry. So either have a few frames ready to go, or just remove the old silk sheet once you're done with it, and attach the new sheet, then redo the emulsion. Since the image is broken up into sections anyway, there's no real advantage to having a six-feet-tall frame, unless you have one single section that is six feet in length.

Any kind that is designed for use on fabric. Just check your local craft store. It'll usually say on the bottle if it's meant for fabric, paper, wood, etc. If you're not sure, find a clerk who looks like they know what they're talking about.
