wait a sec, when did i imply that it was her fault? i simply told it from the protagonist's PoV rather then an overall view so it just did not involve the sister. i admit i didn't leave any room for the reader's emotions to come into it since i was pretty much laying out a predetermined set of them for the protagonist but where exactly did you get that it was the sister's fault?

and there was no physical stealing yeah, i was focusing on the emotional aspect of it, which is why i laid it out for the protagonist. i suppose i should have focused more on his emotions dealing with the before and after of the rape and not the rape itself tho.

and she didn't come crawling back to him exactly,she came back home, and kept to herself if anything, i made it a point to point out that she never acknowledged him being there at all.

the protagonist may blame himself but i don't think you can say it was either of their faults, i was just putting down what he was feeling.
