It was the happy ending. Saya had a genetically pre-built prime directive to assimilate DNA and then take over the local race. So far I have read FSN, Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya, Saya no Uta, Ever 17, and Katawa Shujo.

I'm considering next to be either Yume Miru Kusuri, Utawareumono or Higurashi.

I'm not too sure about Higurahsi since I've already watched the anime.
So between Yume and Utawareumono, which one should I get? I'm looking for good wtf and holy shit moments like in Ever 17 and Saya, or good action.

Why is Phantom of Inferno barely mentioned in recommendation threads? Sure it has a shitty DVD format but its still one of the best, on par with Ever17 and Clannad. Heck, even Nasu said that it was what he wanted Tsukihime to be.

I don't really understand what you mean by emo, but sure. There are three actual routes in this game, one for each girl. Each girl has her own problem and you just help with it (relationship, etc). Although it's a school life game, there are a lot of brow-raising situations that a lot of Anons seem to enjoy. Play it if you want; it's your time.
