So we have two Yuugis. The Oni who rules the mountain, can beat Suika into submission, drinks hard, fights hard, smashes boulders with her kicks and topples trees with her brute Oni strength.
Tremendously powerful, lets nothing stand in her way, will stove your head in like a wine-cask if you spill her sake.

The other Yuugi looks like Pamela Anderson with a horn, enjoys playing with Suika, using Reimu's head as a rack...rack, and drinking. Is down to earth and friendly with everybody in a Big Sister-ish kind of way, and gets along with Parsee to cheer her up.

Yes, Suika can divide herself into over a million multiples, grow tall as the Sun or small as a mouse, and she's incredibly strong to boot.
But look at this Yuugi, here. She would just keep hitting Suika with her clenched fists until the little Oni died. And she'd keep going until every single instance of Suika was beaten to a bloody pulp. Yuugi's strong enough to uproot a tree and hurl it like a gigantic spear. You wouldn't survive one strike from her, your skeletal system couldn't handle that many pounds per square inch of force. It'd be like getting hit by a fully loaded Tractor-trailer Mack truck, full on at 50 miles per hour.
She never tires. She can keep hitting something with her knuckles, over and over, until whatever it is that she's hitting has practically disintegrated into bits.

It wouldn't be pretty. And Suika's going up against that.
That's why I'd have Yuugi as a drinking pal, that way she can unleash pure fuck-shit-up on people who step up.

Anyway, we know she's tremendously strong, a Deva of the Mountain, and able to control supernatural phenomena.

All of these things are canonical. So she's obviously not a weakling, and is comparable with Suika in terms of strength. ZUN may never confirm it because he never cares about things like this, but I'm fairly sure she wouldn't get her ass handed to her by Suika.
If you're going to try to convince me that she's weak because she was beaten by Reimu, quit trolling and get the fuck out of this thread.

Realistically superman could kill most of the characters with a single punch while powering through their danmaku, not all of which is magical to begin with. (Cirno's is ice, Wriggle's is bugs, Reimu's is paper, China's is punches; only like Marisa, Patchouli, and Alice use magical danmaku)

Realistically only people like Mokou/Kaguya with their immortal rebirth thing, and Suika with her ability to be harder than superman's punches could stand a realistic chance and win.

Don't forget, there are two fan interpretations of Suika as well.

As for the whole superhero thing, Suika would just clog the man of steel's arteries with miniature suns from nowhere or something. Kryptonian cholesterol poisoning. And considering the guy has been killed off with brute force at least once, a meeting with Yuugi is not even to be considered. In the Touhou/DC crossover, Superman - made famous as the superhero who "never dies" - would be killed off twice in the first issue.

Although they probably wouldn't fare so well against Batman.
